I found it interesting in this video that the two men are the same, however, their props are the opposite. I especially noticed the newspapers, how one is "place certain if no war" and the other is "war certain if not place". Minimum, simpler and more human movements are performed normally, while the more complex and cartoony movements are done in stop motion, such as when both the men sniff the flower and begin floating in the air, as well as when the flower starts dancing.
I feel like the stop motion helps exaggerate the cartoony movements that the men pull off, as it gives more of a feeling that it's animated instead of an actual organic movement. It also achieves the look of a goofy and unrealistic movement, which is especially seen when the men begin sliding the fence around into different spots.
