Simulation Pre-search

For my NFT, I want to try something like the object heads in the second image. I want the head to be a ball of energy using a particle simulation or fire simulation, and perhaps make a body for it by using a cloth simulation for clothing or to give it something like a little scarf to blow in the wind.
